All fees are listed and charged in US Dollars and include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Payment

All online registrations necessitate immediate payment via credit/debit card. Accepted cards include MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Transactions will reflect as payments to 'GhIS' on your statement (bank account details or mobile money?).

 

Terms and Conditions

- Registrations indicate an intent to purchase via online booking.

- Early Bird registrations must be paid by (Sunday, 30 June 2024) to secure discounted rates.

- Undergraduate students must email valid student identification to loc@icecaaqs2024.com for discounted rates. Failure to provide approved ID will require payment at full registration price.

- Refunds are available until Friday September 20, 2024, subject to a cancellation fee of USD100.00 per person. After this date, refunds are not provided, but registrations can be transferred to another attendee. All cancellations and substitutions must be communicated in writing to loc@icecaaqs2024.com.

- Purchasers and attendees agree to the terms and conditions related to event attendance, including the consent for images to be captured and broadcast at the discretion of GhIS, ICEC, or AAQS.

- Attendees are responsible for their health and travel insurance. GhIS is not liable for any losses, damages, or personal injuries incurred during the event, including any loss of profit, cancellation, or error or omission. Attendees waive any claim against GhIS for personal injury or property damage.

 

Registration Confirmation

Your online registration and payment will be automatically confirmed via email. Confirmation is granted upon receipt of full payment.

 

Entrance into the Conference/Name Badges

All attendees must be registered to gain entry. Upon check-in at the conference, registrants will receive a name badge. This badge must be visibly worn at all times and presented for access to conference sessions, and social functions. The exhibition area is open to the public.

 

Early Bird Prize: Terms & Conditions

Registrations paid in full before the deadline, including those received in case of an extension, qualify for the Early Bird draw. The prize is a (Insert Social Event voucher for two). The winner will be randomly selected and notified within 7 days after the Early Bird deadline.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

All attendees must possess a valid passport and the appropriate visa for entry into Ghana. Foreign travelers are required to obtain a visa, which should be processed before departure. Exceptions include direct airside transit and diplomatic passport holders. Citizens from ECOWAS countries, Malaysia, Singapore, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Mauritius, Rwanda, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Barbados, Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago are exempt from visa requirements for travel to Ghana. Please check if you require a visa.

 

Registration Confirmation/Visa Letters

All registered and paid delegates for the ICEC-AAQS 2024 Conference will receive a registration confirmation via email. This confirmation serves as documentation to support your visa application for entry into Ghana.

During the registration process, delegates have the option to provide personal and passport information to the conference organizers. 

It's essential to note that the Ghana Immigration Service governs the entry, residence, and employment of foreign nationals in Ghana according to the Immigration Act (Act 573), 2000. The GhIS and ICEC-AAQS 2024 Conference cannot influence this process.
